RVscan is operated from Washington State, United States. In these terms, "RVscan", "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of RVscan.
RVscan is built to help users organize RV diagnostic information and understand possible next steps. You remain responsible for repair decisions, professional verification, manufacturer service information, tools, personal protective equipment, and safe work practices.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using RVscan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use RVscan.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding agreement to use RVscan. You are responsible for your account credentials, activity under your account, and keeping your information accurate.
Educational diagnostic guidance only
RVscan provides informational and educational diagnostic guidance. RVscan does not replace certified RV technicians, electricians, propane professionals, manufacturers, dealerships, inspectors, or emergency services.
AI-generated content limitations
- AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific RV model, installation, condition, or repair.
- You are responsible for verifying all diagnostics, procedures, measurements, parts, manuals, and repair decisions.
- Do not misuse AI output to bypass safety devices, perform unsafe repairs, misrepresent warranty claims, or avoid required professional service.
User content and uploaded photos
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant RVscan permission to store, process, transmit, analyze, and display submitted descriptions, photos, RV information, notes, and files as needed to provide diagnostics, saved history, summaries, support, security, and product improvement.
Subscriptions and payments
Some RVscan features may require paid subscriptions or usage limits in the future. Billing is not guaranteed to be live for all beta users. Pricing, plan features, trial access, and payment terms may change before or after billing is enabled.
Acceptable use
- Do not use RVscan for unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to RVscan.
- Do not upload malicious files, illegal content, or content you do not have permission to use.
- Do not rely on RVscan as the only source for emergency, high-risk, warranty, legal, financial, or safety decisions.
Service availability
RVscan may change, suspend, discontinue, limit, or update features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, data preservation, or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RVscan is not liable for injury, death, fire, explosion, property damage, water damage, electrical shock, failed repairs, warranty denial, data loss, lost profits, service interruption, or misuse of information.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RVscan from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of RVscan, your content, your repairs, your misuse of AI output, or your violation of these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to RVscan if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, misused the service, or if continued access would be harmful to RVscan or others.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, United States, unless changed in a future version.
